What the form asks for
The quotation form asks for your name, company, email, contact number, project location, required services, project type, and description. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, private camera feeds, or confidential building details.
How your information is used
When online delivery is enabled, the form sends your enquiry to Datatelcom’s configured business mailbox through its email provider. The information is used to review your requirements and respond. No marketing consent is requested or assumed.
Security and abuse prevention
Form data is validated before delivery. An abuse-prevention service stores temporary, hashed request identifiers and request counts for 15 minutes. The application does not write quotation contents to a database or application logs. The receiving mailbox and email provider may retain messages under their own settings.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not implement advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The video is served directly from the website. Hosting and email providers process technical request information as needed to operate their services.
Access and deletion requests
Contact datatelcom.customercare@gmail.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion. Datatelcom will consider applicable retention obligations when responding.
Direct contact
If online delivery is unavailable, you can email or call directly. The website will never report that your request was sent when delivery has not been accepted.
